This episode is part one of two and talks in great detail about the myriad ways to get in the mood with your partner. Some of these ideas may surprise you, since some of the activities or actions seem mundane. But that’s really the key to spicing up your sex life!

Let’s face it, the mundane is all of the “real life” stuff, and that’s also where sex usually occurs… In the middle of “real life.” So, start thinking of your actions more as “how” and with what intention you’re doing them, not “what” you’re doing.

Don’t worry, though, this episode of course talks about hand jobs, touching, stripping, and rubbing… How could I leave those out?
